Health Guarantee

All Boutique Paws puppies go to their homes with the following Health Guarantees and Rehoming Policies. We encourage you to peruse these guarantees/policies prior to purchasing a puppy.

Within 14 days of purchase - Our Guarantee

In the event of sickness or ill health during the first fourteen days, customers must first contact Boutique Paws on 1300 697 297, after hours on 0422 930 043. 

Any costs for treatment of illness during the first 14 days, traceable to us will covered at a Veterinary Clinic approved by us.

We will not cover any costs incurred at other Veterinary Clinics.

Within 7 days of purchase - Return & Refund

If your puppy is returned for any reason within 7 days not supported by a letter from a Veterinarian, we will take the puppy back and refund 60% of the purchase price. 

12 Month Genetic Health Guarantee

If your puppy is diagnosed as having a life threatening or disabling congenital defect, within the first 12 months of age, we will refund 100% of the purchase price or pay for surgery, up to the purchase price at a Veterinary Clinic approved by us.

Lifetime Rehoming Guarantee

Your puppy also has a lifetime rehoming guarantee with us, should you have an inability to care for him or her in the future, you can contact us at any stage of your puppy’s life.
