Reserving & Meeting a Puppy

How to Reserve a Pup

Once a pup is online with pictures and their individual profiles, they are available for families. Pups newly available online will only be able to reserve from 10am on the day of their release, we do not reserve prior to this time. Please refresh your browser to see full updates regarding a pup's availability.

1. To reserve an available pup, please call us on 1300 697 297, you will need to quote the 4 digit reference number listed with the pup. Should our phone line be busy, please leave a voicemail message containing your name, contact number and puppy reference number. We will respond to customers in order of when they have contacted us, until all puppies are reserved. Depending on the volume of phone calls received, you may not receive a call back.

2. A $100 non-refundable deposit will then need to be placed to officially reserve. This can be done over the phone with a credit or debit card, (VISA or MASTERCARD are accepted)

3. Once reserved for you, our team will notify you of a day and time that the pup can be met. Note: All pups are ready to go home at their meet and greet and are encouraged to go home with you at this time. The puppy will need to be paid for in full at the meet and greet in order to go home with you. If you are unable to take the puppy home within 3 days of the initial meeting, an additional fee will be charged each day the puppy remains on hold.

Should you change your mind on a reserved pup, the deposit paid will become a store credit. The puppy will then become available again on our website.

If you are living in rental accomodation or STRATA housing, please obtain written approval to own a dog before placing a puppy on reserve. Approval typically takes 2 weeks to come through, and we are unable to keep puppies on hold for this length of time.
