How to Reserve a Pup
Once a pup is online with pictures and their individual profiles, they are available for families. Pups newly available online will only be able to reserve from 10am on the day of their release, we do not reserve prior to this time. Please refresh your browser to see full updates regarding a pup's availability.
1. To reserve an available pup, please call us on 1300 697 297, you will need to quote the 4 digit reference number listed with the pup. Should our phone line be busy, please leave a voicemail message containing your name, contact number and puppy reference number. We will respond to customers in order of when they have contacted us, until all puppies are reserved.
2. A $250 deposit will then need to be paid to officially reserve.
3. Once reserved for you, our team will book a meet & greet. All pups are ready to go home at this time and will need to be paid for in full. If you need a little more time to get ready for your puppy to come home this can be arranged at your meet & greet.
Should you change your mind on a reserved pup, the deposit paid will become a credit. The puppy will then become available again on our website.
